Return Window

Items can be returned within 30 calendar days from delivery date. Products must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached.

How to initiate a return

1. Contact us at contact@simonas.us with:
   1. Order number
   2. Product name
   3. Reason for return
2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (when applicable).
3. Items must be securely packed in their original packaging.
4. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (for U.S. domestic returns). For international returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees and any customs duties.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer automatic exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order. 

Non-Returnable items 

Custom-made, biodegradable, final sale, or heavily discounted bundle items are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective product, please send a mail to contact@simonas.us within 30 days of delivery. Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.
