Orders shipped via Standard Shipping typically arrive within 3-7 business days (Monday–Friday) after processing. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed.
Delays or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed by more than 10 days beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@simonas.us. For confirmed lost packages, we will either resend the item or issue a full refund.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States territory. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Simona’s Luxury at Home is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
