Glass teapot, Leaves, Greenwood by Alessandra Baldereschi - ICHENDORF

Milanese designer Alessandra Baldereschi studied industrial design at the Domus Academy. The artist collaborates with various brands that implement design for lighting, decor, and furniture. Among her renowned exhibitions are: Triennale di Milano, Biennale Saint Etienne, Inside Design Amsterdam, Seoul Design Festival, and Moss Gallery, New York.

Created from the collaboration between Alessandra Baldereschi and Ichendorf, the Greenwood collection draws inspiration from natural elements.

The teapot from the Greenwood collection represents an elegant blend of natural and sophisticated design. It is made from transparent glass with a ribbed pattern that adds texture and refinement. The decorative elements, shaped like leaves in shades of green and yellow, evoke nature and bring a touch of freshness. The organically styled handle, mimicking a branch, completes the forest-inspired theme. This design is ideal for those who love nature and desire an added elegance on their tables, perfect for relaxing tea moments.

The Greenwood glass pieces offer a surprising touch to every table. They are handcrafted from borosilicate glass—the transparency and lightness of this material confer elegance.

Thanks to special craftsmanship, Ichendorf pieces withstand temperature fluctuations and have a low expansion coefficient, ensuring longevity and durability.
Hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended (do not use a steel sponge).
For dishwasher cleaning, low temperatures are recommended (max. 104°F).

ICHENDORF

Today, just as 100 years ago, Ichendorf's goal is the pursuit of beauty with authentic forms.

The history of Ichendorf began in the early years of the 20th century in a small town near Cologne, called Quadrath-Ichendorf. There, many master glassmakers used a mixture of substances to shape objects capable of meeting the refined tastes of that era.

The endless search for new, popular, and exclusive appearances leads to the creation of objects with modern design. In 1990, the Ichendorf style center was established in Milan, a creative convergence point for artists and designers.

The materials used range from ceramics, introduced in 2019, to traditional glass, crystal, and borosilicate glass.

The new collections are created by blending tradition and innovation and feature objects that enter homes with delicacy, elegance, and brilliance, finding a very fitting place in every space.
