Fragrance Formula
The fragrance uses the highest quality essential oils, mostly natural. Natural oils are extracted from raw materials (e.g., lavender from Provence). The glycerin-based, alcohol-free formula ensures slower emission and a diffusion duration four times longer than alcohol-based diffusers.
Manufacturing Process
The scented oils are hand-mixed with the glycerin base and then left to settle. When ready, master artisans hand-pour each blend into elegantly designed bottles.
The reeds are made from cotton fiber and diffuse fragrance from all sides, so they don’t need to be flipped like traditional rattan reeds.
Usage Instructions
- Unscrew the decorative collar and remove the stopper.
- Screw the collar back on and insert the reeds.
- The fragrance will reach the top of the reeds in about 24 hours.
- Lasts up to 2.5 months with all reeds used.
- Do not set reeds on fire.
- Wash hands after contact with oils.
- Clean spills immediately to avoid staining furniture.
About the Brand
MAX BENJAMIN is owned by siblings Orla, Mark, and David Van den Bergh from Enniskerry, County Wicklow. Named after Orla's twins, Max and Ben, the company began producing natural, handmade candles in the 1990s.
The brand is renowned for contemporary design, craftsmanship, and use of natural ingredients. Orla Van den Bergh, the founder, learned the art of candle-making in the USA and brought it home to Ireland, where she launched a collection of refined, artisan fragrances loved around the world.
