Set of 6 water glasses, 3.5 inches, Deco Blu by Forti e di Loreto - ICHENDORF

Forti E Di Loreto is a designer duo who began their professional careers with training periods at the renowned agencies of Ettore Sottsass and Enzo Mari. This experience provided them with a solid foundation in design and influenced their creative style.

Subsequently, they collaborated with numerous companies, focusing on furniture and decorative object design, interior design, as well as the study and trade of historical design objects.

In 2013, they joined the Spot gallery, dedicated to modern antiques and contemporary design, a space where past and present blend harmoniously, reflecting their passion for timeless aesthetics and innovation in design.

Created from the collaboration between Forti e di Loreto and Ichendorf, the collection Deco Blu pays homage to timeless elegance through refined design and remarkable artisanal details. These glasses are made from borosilicate glass, a material valued for its durability and resistance to extreme temperatures, making them ideal for both hot and cold beverages.

Each glass in the collection features a distinctive blue glass decor applied by hand, creating sophisticated graphic patterns inspired by the Art Deco style. The carefully crafted lines, spirals, and dots offer a dynamic visual play, blending traditional craftsmanship with a modern aesthetic.

This collection stands out with a minimalist yet expressive approach, transforming the glasses into true collectible items. Deco Blu is perfect for those who appreciate fine details and exclusive design, adding a touch of style to any tasting moment.

Hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended.
For dishwasher cleaning, low temperatures (max. 104°F) are recommended.

ICHENDORF

Today, just as 100 years ago, Ichendorf's goal is the pursuit of beauty with authentic forms.

The history of Ichendorf began in the early years of the 20th century in a small town near Cologne, called Quadrath-Ichendorf. There, many master glassmakers used a mixture of substances to shape objects capable of meeting the refined tastes of that era. The endless quest for new, popular, and exclusive appearances leads to the creation of objects with modern design. In 1990, the Ichendorf style center was established in Milan, a creative convergence point for artists and designers.

The materials used range from ceramics, introduced in 2019, to traditional glass, crystal, and borosilicate glass. The new collections are created by combining tradition and innovation, presenting objects that enter homes with delicacy, elegance, and brilliance, finding a very fitting place in every space.
