Tall glass, Amber - Clear, Bamboo Groove by Anna Perugini - ICHENDORF
With experience in the construction industry, yacht design, glass design, and furniture, Anna Perugini is an architect whose projects are primarily based on technique, expertise, and art. Each object, beyond functionality and formal values, must be coherent with its materials and production processes.
Created from the collaboration between Anna Perugini and Ichendorf, the Bamboo Groove collection is inspired by the bamboo stem.
The tall glasses in the collection combine two colors that distinguish the base from the upper part. They are suitable for serving water, lemonade, natural juice, or various flavorful cocktails. Additionally decorated with fruit slices or colorful umbrellas, the glasses create a charming visual impact.
The Bamboo Grove glass pieces offer a surprising touch to every table. They are handcrafted from borosilicate glass - the transparency and lightness of this material confer elegance.
Due to special craftsmanship, Ichendorf pieces withstand temperature fluctuations and have a low expansion coefficient, ensuring longevity and durability.
Hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended (do not use a steel sponge). For manual washing and drying, proper handling of the glass is necessary, holding it by the bowl. It is important to avoid twisting the stem of the glass.
For dishwasher cleaning, low temperatures are recommended (max. 40°).
Ichendorf
Today, just as 100 years ago, Ichendorf's goal is the pursuit of beauty with authentic forms.
Ichendorf's history began in the early years of the 20th century in a small town near Cologne, called Quadrath-Ichendorf. There, many master glassmakers used a mixture of substances to shape objects capable of meeting the refined taste of that era.
The endless search for new, popular, and exclusive appearances leads to the creation of objects with modern design. In 1990, the Ichendorf style center was established in Milan, a creative convergence point for artists and designers.
The materials used range from ceramics, introduced in 2019, to traditional glass, crystal, and borosilicate glass.
The new collections are created by combining tradition and innovation and feature objects that enter homes with delicacy, elegance, brilliance, and find a very suitable place in every space.
