Specializing in ceramic design, Bartek Mejor graduated from the Royal College of Art in London in 2011, focusing on the application of 3D technology to the creative process. The designer is the author of pieces with a contemporary and sometimes avant-garde aesthetic, showcasing his work in various countries.
Created in collaboration with VISTA ALEGRE, Bartek Mejor designed Matrix - a versatile and timeless collection. The creation of the pieces combines traditional manufacturing techniques with modern methods and technologies, using innovative techniques for cutting and layering. The pieces are crafted from multiple irregular faces, based on a crystalline structure, thus achieving a unique and original design.
The tea set contains two pieces: a tea cup and a saucer. These are made in Portugal from high-quality porcelain, blending new mechanical decoration techniques with the expertise of masters in processing this material.
The timeless design, crafted with mastery and passion, offers elegant notes to the pieces, making the set a very inspired gift for tea lovers.
The cup can be used for tea as well as coffee or cappuccino, and the saucer - for serving cookies. Together, they will create a memorable table design and transform tea serving into a special experience.
