Dishwasher Use
Robbe & Berking silver cutlery and silver-plated items can be cleaned in the dishwasher, provided these guidelines are followed:
- Rinse cutlery exposed to acidic or protein-rich foods before loading.
- Place knives with blades facing down.
- Use only ⅓ to ½ of the recommended detergent amount.
- Avoid compact detergents and capsules; opt for liquid detergents.
- Use rinse aid and detergent from the same brand line for optimum results.
- After cycle completion, open the dishwasher door to release steam and wipe knife blades with a soft cloth.
- Deposits from hard water can be easily removed with Robbe & Berking silver care products.
*Pieces containing wood, mother-of-pearl, or other delicate materials should not be washed in the dishwasher.
